Senior Hotel Revenue & Sales Specialist (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

Genesis US Properties LLC is looking for an experienced professional to drive revenue growth and sales development across its U.S. hotel portfolio. This remote position, based in Colombia, blends hands‑on revenue management with proactive commercial outreach to maximize profitable room nights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations and competitive sets; prepare and update demand forecasts and explain variances.
• Recommend and implement room pricing, inventory and distribution strategies; produce clear revenue reports and present actionable recommendations to property teams and leadership.
• Identify, prospect and develop corporate accounts, group opportunities and travel partners; prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track conversion, room‑night production and account performance; coordinate with property management and marketing to support low‑demand periods.
• Maintain accurate commercial records, coordinate follow‑up between hotel teams, external partners and company leadership, and participate in revenue and sales meetings, traveling to U.S. properties when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hotel commercial experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on revenue management.
• Proven track record in hotel sales – prospecting, account development, negotiation and closing corporate or group business.
• Strong analytical experience with occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and competitive set analysis.
• Advanced written and spoken English; currently based in Colombia with a valid U.S. visa and ability to travel as needed.
