Senior ICF Project Manager

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior ICF Medical Writing Project Manager to lead patient‑centric informed consent form projects. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, forecasts and contract modifications.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, conduct regular meetings and monitor resources to meet deliverables.
• Track project status, identify and mitigate risks to quality, budget or schedule.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and document development guidelines across all deliverables.
• Review performance metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline (or advanced degree) with at least 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience managing medical writing or clinical projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
• Experience with ICF content creation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong project management skills including budgeting, forecasting and resource management.
• Excellent oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of global regulatory and document development guidelines for patient‑centric deliverables.
• Effective problem‑solving, judgment and decision‑making abilities.
