Senior Incident Response Security Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Incident Response Security Consultant you will deliver end‑to‑end incident response services, including investigation, containment, remediation and crisis management for high‑profile clients. You will work remotely with teams across Latin America, helping organisations detect, analyze and mitigate cyber threats quickly and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations, malware triage and threat hunting engagements.
• Perform network, cloud, disk and memory forensics to uncover attack vectors.
• Develop and automate response workflows using Python.
• Provide tactical guidance and strategic recommendations to technical staff, executives and legal counsel.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to support on‑site client activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on incident response and investigative experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with network forensics, malware analysis, cloud forensics, or disk and memory forensics.
• Minimum 5 years of Linux/Unix expertise.
• Strong coding and automation skills in Python (minimum 4 years).
• Mexican citizenship as required by local labor regulations.
