Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager to join its near‑shore production hub in Bogotá. You will oversee the flow of creative work through a high‑volume, AI‑augmented studio, ensuring briefs move from intake to delivery on time, on brief, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects within the proprietary OMG workflow system.
• Maintain real‑time project status, providing visibility to the Program Director and Resource Manager.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to manage dependencies, review cycles, and production milestones.
• Identify and flag SLA risks early, escalating with proposed resolutions.
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness and scope.
• Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics to meet agreed specifications.
• Contribute to weekly status reporting and quarterly business review preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and large, multi‑brand portfolios.
• Strong English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Experience working in hybrid or near‑shore settings.
