Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Integrated Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of creative and production projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams across creative, CRM, video, and QA to coordinate resources and manage dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned projects from brief intake to delivery.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to handle dependencies, review cycles, and production milestones.
• Track SLA risks, flag early warnings and propose resolutions to the Program Director.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination within a creative, marketing, or content production environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as OMG, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
