Senior Logistics Sales Development Representative

About the role

Tabi Connect is seeking a Senior Logistics Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach and generate qualified opportunities within the U.S. freight brokerage market. You will be the face of Tabi for the largest 3PLs and brokers, turning high‑intent marketing leads into demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑touch, multi‑channel prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, video, email) targeting enterprise‑level brokerage accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads to maintain target Average Contract Value.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to develop account‑based attack plans for top‑value accounts.
• Maintain 100% data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot, documenting clear next steps for every lead.
• Support major industry events by scheduling pre‑event meetings and handling real‑time booth follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in SaaS or logistics technology.
• Hunter mindset with proven ability to navigate gatekeepers at large 3PLs.
• Consultative communication style that simplifies complex automation benefits.
• Data‑driven approach to track conversion metrics and optimize messaging.
• Self‑starter comfortable owning a pipeline and meeting OKRs.
• Advanced professional English (C1 level).
