• Articulate statistical and financial models that enhance operational performance.
• Participate in major business initiatives, advising on change and delivering complex analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• 5+ years of experience in collections, including operations and credit risk management.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
