About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing Strategy & Intelligence to shape the future of talent sourcing across its MedTech and Enterprise Functions. The role will act as a catalyst for innovation, using talent intelligence, AI‑powered sourcing, market insights and digital engagement to secure world‑class talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Talent Sourcing Managers, Leads and external partners.
• Redefine sourcing as a strategic capability, creating competitive advantage through proactive talent segmentation and predictive workforce insights.
• Drive adoption of innovative sourcing technologies, talent relationship management and data‑driven decision making.
• Partner with senior Talent Acquisition and business leaders to translate workforce planning priorities into forward‑looking sourcing strategies.
• Build and scale talent communities that improve pipeline quality and organizational agility.
