Senior Manual QA Analyst / Business Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Manual QA Analyst you will lead testing strategies and ensure our AI‑first products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability and reliability. You will work across the product lifecycle, from requirements analysis to detailed documentation, acting as a bridge between Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing.
• Analyze requirements and user stories to ensure they are testable, complete and aligned with business needs.
• Prepare test plans, test data and environments, coordinating with development and operations.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps, impact, severity and evidence, and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, execution results, defect reports, regression packs, KPIs and release notes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 4 years focused on manual testing of complex applications.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to break down flows into scenarios, risks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain quality risks to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
