Senior Paralegal – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our remote legal team supporting US personal injury and litigation matters. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru or Guatemala and follows a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm EST).

Key responsibilities

• Draft demand packages, including liability analysis and damages summaries.
• Manage discovery requests, coordinate discovery sessions and track related deadlines.
• Request, organize and review medical and financial records.
• Maintain complete, compliant case files and ensure timely follow‑up on case‑related tasks.
• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from intake to settlement negotiations.

Required profile

• Law degree (mandatory).
• Minimum two years of experience working with US personal injury law.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and critical thinking skills.
• Medical background or familiarity with clinical processes is required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US personal injury litigation procedures.
• Experience drafting legal documents and demand packages.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing case files and discovery materials.
