Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role

As a Senior Power Platform Developer you will join a collaborative team to design, build and maintain business applications and automations that improve client service and operational efficiency. You will report to the Power Platform CoE Lead and work across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Take requirements through design, build, testing, deployment and support with minimal supervision.
• Develop Canvas and Model‑Driven apps in Power Apps, including complex forms, galleries, components and responsive layouts.
• Design and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, scheduled flows and integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, Teams and other connectors.
• Create Dataverse solutions – tables, relationships, business rules, security roles and solution‑aware development.
• Manage ALM using solutions, environment strategy, connection references, environment variables and deployment pipelines (Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps).
• Follow CoE governance standards and contribute reusable components and templates.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience building Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps.
• 3‑5 years of experience with Power Automate cloud flows and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse design and solution‑aware development.
• Experience with ALM best practices and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work independently from requirements to support, with good communication skills and advanced English (B2+/C1).
