Senior Procurement Analyst – Bilingual

About the role

Marsh is looking for a bilingual Senior Procurement Analyst to join its Procurement Services team in Bogota. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on purchase‑to‑pay, invoice processing, supplier management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve vendor issues related to price, delivery, and contractual terms to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Review purchasing transactions, perform compliance checks, and recommend sourcing or contract actions.
• Manage AP/invoice processing, including receipt, validation, three‑way matching, exception handling, and escalation.
• Reconcile invoices, handle discrepancies, credit notes, and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments and support urgent invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate purchase order and supplier records with supporting documentation.
• Conduct supplier research, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Provide stakeholder updates on order/invoice status, exceptions, and aging.
• Identify and support small improvement projects in P2P processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement services, P2P operations, or supplier management with hands‑on AP/invoice processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong English (C1/C2) and fluency in the local language.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (iProcurement) or SAP with AP modules.
• Three‑way matching and invoice workflow automation.
• Invoice reconciliation, dispute resolution, and supplier statement management.
• Advanced Excel and reporting.
• Spend analysis tools such as Apex or Power BI.
