Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role
TransUnion is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to support internal clients across IT, Marketing, HR, Operations, Legal and other functions. The role focuses on delivering best‑price, high‑quality solutions while ensuring on‑time service and compliance with the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies.
- Manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process, ensuring all P2P steps are completed.
- Drive cost‑reduction and cost‑avoidance initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for value generation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of certified procurement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with P2P platforms such as Ariba or Oracle is desired.
