Senior Procurement Analytics & Insights Analyst

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Senior Analyst in Procurement Analytics & Insights to join its Global Procurement Center of Excellence. You will turn complex spend data into strategic insights that guide C‑suite decisions and drive cost savings across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Cleanse, model and consolidate transactional data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) into a single source of truth.
• Design, automate and maintain intuitive BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, incorporating AI tools and predictive models to monitor KPIs and cycle times.
• Conduct deep‑dive spend analyses to identify tail‑spend consolidation, volume leverage and sourcing opportunities.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and FP&A to validate EBITDA‑level savings and reconcile realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation tools such as Python, R or advanced Excel/VBA.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
