Senior Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to lead the development of our new podcast vertical on an AI‑native content distribution platform. You will work closely with the Head of Product to translate product strategy into shipped software, building end‑to‑end pipelines that generate, edit, and publish podcasts automatically.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the architecture for automated podcast generation pipelines (script → voice → edit → publish).
• Implement AI‑first editorial experiments, instrumenting them for data‑driven learning.
• Extend shared core platform infrastructure (content models, job orchestration, posting, analytics) to support the podcast vertical.
• Deliver MVPs quickly, iterating from proposal to production within weeks.
• Scale successful experiments, focusing on reliability, cost efficiency, and volume growth.

Required profile

• Generalist engineer with strong product instincts and a track record of shipping production‑ready systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with product teams, providing thoughtful trade‑off analysis, and turning specifications into reliable code.
• Passionate about online media and podcasts, with personal listening experience.
