Senior Project Manager – Agile Software Delivery

About the role

SoftServe is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Delivery Unit. You will drive both presales initiatives and the delivery of software development projects in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment of priorities, scope, timelines, and business goals across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing projects to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Support presales activities such as estimations, planning, proposals, and client discussions.
• Define and control project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, business, and client‑side teams.
• Apply Agile practices for transparent planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate ceremonies, status meetings, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing software development or IT service delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management best practices.
• Proven experience with client‑facing projects and distributed engineering teams.
• Experience with scope, schedule, risk, quality, and integration management.
• Ability to track project metrics, KPIs, and health for informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in English with international clients and teams.
