Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager

About the role

Factored is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to own the full lifecycle of high‑impact AI/ML projects for U.S. clients. You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, goals and measurable deliverables in partnership with senior leadership.
• Manage client expectations, communicate status and risks transparently throughout the project.
• Drive agile delivery: plan and facilitate sprints, maintain the release calendar, and adapt plans based on feedback.
• Lead engineering teams, unblock impediments, run effective stand‑ups and steering meetings.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, develop contingency plans.
• Maintain executive‑level visibility through steering committee updates and strategic recommendations.
• Integrate client requirements into the broader product roadmap without compromising scope or timelines.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing complex, ambiguous projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of building high‑velocity teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across time zones.
