Senior Project Manager – Enterprise PMO

About the role

Aprio Colombia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives within its ePMO. The role combines strategic planning, agile delivery, and data‑driven reporting to help clients maximize opportunities across fast‑growing industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute enterprise projects, aligning them with business objectives and key milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Drive communication across teams, ensuring transparency throughout all Agile ceremonies.
• Manage scope changes and adapt strategies to maintain project success.
• Promote best practices for Agile delivery and continuously seek workflow optimizations.
• Leverage enterprise data to create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
