Senior Project Manager

About the role

RWS Transform is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex localisation projects from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for balancing quality, schedule and cost while acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of localisation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and profitability targets.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise project processes.
• Plan, monitor and control project financials, including budgets, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Directly manage a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, create mitigation plans and handle escalations with root‑cause analysis.
• Facilitate conference calls, meetings and clear written communication with clients and team members.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience, preferably in localisation or technology services.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to solve problems independently.

Required skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) or Lean Six Sigma certification (optional but advantageous).
