Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end change and transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with operational leadership and global senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and govern full‑cycle projects, creating detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor financials, and control costs to meet financial constraints.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and change communications.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and documentation for senior management.
• Capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end process migrations, program management, and change management.
• Proven track record delivering projects within organizational constraints.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and diverse cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
