Senior Project Manager

About the role

Huge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver digital campaigns and creative workstreams for its clients. Working remotely from anywhere in Colombia, you will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed smoothly from strategy through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects involving creative, strategy and technology teams.
• Serve as the central point of delivery for a series of workstreams, tracking daily activities and progress.
• Use project management tools such as Asana, Jira and Coda to maintain schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Communicate project status, risks and changes to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure timelines are met and launch dates are achieved for all digital campaign initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interactive projects from discovery to implementation.
• Background in agency environments handling creative and digital campaigns.
• Experience with budget management, burn reports and writing statements of work.
• Demonstrated mentorship or team‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to monitor risks, scope creep and proactively propose solutions.
