Senior Project Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology and software delivery for clients across LATAM. This remote position requires end‑to‑end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate tracking, status meetings and executive reporting for technical and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, resources and timelines, driving performance against targets.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and operational efficiency.
• Apply appropriate methodologies – Agile, Waterfall or hybrid – to suit project needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑8 years of experience managing technology or software projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication abilities.
• Preferred: PMP certification, experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud platforms and financial services.

• Project planning, risk and budget management.
• Project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
