Senior QA Consultant – Amazon Connect & Contact Center

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior QA Consultant to lead quality assurance for Amazon Connect‑based contact center solutions. You will work remotely from Colombia, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure complex cloud‑native telephony and AI‑driven services are released with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression and UAT test scenarios for Amazon Connect contact centers, IVR flows and omnichannel communications.
• Translate Lucidchart or Visio diagrams and business requirements into detailed test scripts with full branch/path coverage.
• Validate DTMF, speech/ASR, Amazon Lex, self‑service journeys and authentication mechanisms.
• Coordinate testing activities across developers, architects, product owners and stakeholders to drive release readiness.
• Document defects, track test results and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on QA experience in contact‑center or telephony environments.
• Proven ability to understand complex business flows and convert them into comprehensive test cases.
• Strong communication skills to work independently and align multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and familiarity with AI/ML components.
