About the role
The Senior Quality Supervisor will lead the execution of GxP quality system elements for commercial and delivery operations in the Colombian market. This role reports to the Quality function and will transition to DePuy Synthes after the planned business separation.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for GxP processes such as NC/CAPA, change control, handling, storage, distribution, NPI/product lifecycle, and supplier quality management.
- Supervise quality analysts to ensure proper execution of quality system elements and warehouse/distribution operations.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, focusing on product, patient, and client outcomes.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Required skills
- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management.
- ISO 9001 compliance.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOP development.
- GxP process execution and issue investigation.
