Senior Recruiter – Remote (Colombia & Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Your Startup Operations on a full‑time, remote basis. You will empower small businesses in the United States by sourcing, engaging, and placing high‑impact talent across a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches and other talent‑acquisition tools.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Meet tight deadlines while working across PST to EST time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a global or remote focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and interviewing top talent.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and proactive in building recruitment systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Resident of Colombia or Mexico and able to work remotely.
