Senior Recruiter – Remote (Property Management)

About the role

Collective Residential is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across its portfolio of property‑management and real‑estate companies. This remote position partners directly with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy and deliver top‑tier talent for both operational and executive roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for all levels, from entry‑level on‑site positions to corporate and executive roles.
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
• Build and sustain long‑term talent pipelines for recurring and niche positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets.
• Own candidate tracking in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines.
• Meet recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for U.S. companies.
• Experience recruiting for property‑management or real‑estate firms is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated success filling executive‑level and niche roles.
• Ability to work consistently during EST business hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
