Senior Regional Partner Manager (LATAM)

About the role

EdCo LATAM Consulting is seeking a senior leader to drive sustainable student enrolment growth for university partners across Latin America. The role combines strategic portfolio management with coaching and mentoring of Regional Partner Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of university partners, develop and execute recruitment plans, and achieve enrolment KPIs.
• Monitor partner performance through weekly and monthly Partner Performance Reviews, reporting accurate projections and action plans.
• Build strong relationships with university stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, and present performance reports.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Partner Managers, conduct one‑to‑one reviews and ensure consistent execution of strategies.
• Travel to partner sites and team locations as needed, and contribute to business development and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience in international education or a related sector, working directly with institutions.
• Proven team‑leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Strong strategic planning ability with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting skills.
• Budget management and financial reporting.
