Senior Research Consultant – Market Insights (Americas)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join Appinio’s Research Consulting Team in Latin America. You will guide B2B clients through the full market‑research cycle, from study design and questionnaire creation to data analysis, storytelling and delivery of actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define research objectives, select methodologies and design studies (target groups, sample sizes, etc.).
• Develop bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff and conjoint analysis.
• Set up fieldwork and manage data collection on the Appinio platform.
• Analyse results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports with clear visualisation.
• Present findings to clients, emphasizing storytelling and practical next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping and with Product to embed AI capabilities throughout the research process.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and Appinio’s product portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of end‑to‑end market‑research experience serving B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistics and sample design.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work across multiple research techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.

• PowerPoint (or Google Slides) for report creation.
• Statistical analysis and quantitative research methods.
