Senior Retoucher – Creative Production

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking a Senior Retoucher to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready imagery for a range of US‑based clients. Based in Bogotá, you will work across automotive, lifestyle, product, beauty and environmental categories, ensuring visual consistency for both print and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑end retouching, compositing, cleanup and image manipulation while preserving realism and brand integrity.
• Prepare and deliver assets for print, OOH, digital, web, social and e‑commerce, adhering to strict quality and accuracy standards.
• Conduct detailed quality‑control reviews, managing color correction, color matching, contrast and both RGB and CMYK workflows.
• Maintain organized Photoshop files following production best practices.
• Collaborate with CGI artists, designers, producers and creative leads, incorporating feedback and communicating timelines to US stakeholders.
• Mentor mid‑level retouchers, provide technical guidance and help optimise workflow and documentation.
• Stay updated on retouching trends and evaluate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency.
