Senior Rust Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to design and build high‑performance backend services that power critical systems for our global clients. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge Rust frameworks and cloud technologies in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Rust and frameworks such as Actix or Axum.
• Implement efficient asynchronous programming patterns to support high‑concurrency workloads.
• Manage data persistence, write optimized PostgreSQL queries, and ensure performance‑critical data access.
• Develop and integrate communication protocols (gRPC or JSON‑RPC) for distributed systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud‑based services within AWS environments.
• Conduct rigorous testing, profiling, and memory‑safety optimizations to guarantee reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on systems programming.
• Strong expertise in Rust and building performance‑critical backend services.
• Proficiency with Rust web frameworks (Actix or Axum) and asynchronous patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, gRPC or JSON‑RPC, and AWS cloud deployments.
• Deep understanding of low‑level networking and high‑performance system architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
