Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and commercial sales activities. You will create compelling presentations, manage the full sales cycle, and support the sales team in delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial presentations for customer meetings.
• Gather market, competitor, and sales trend data to shape sales strategies.
• Define go‑to‑market plans, prospect new leads, and maintain customer contacts.
• Manage the bidding process from publication to contract closure.
• Organise travel logistics for face‑to‑face meetings.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM, updating accounts, leads, opportunities, and project stages in real time.
• Communicate customer pain points to internal departments and ensure proposals comply with local regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, build long‑term relationships, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimise sales performance.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, basic science, business or marketing.
• 2‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
