Senior Sales Specialist – Luxury Retail Client Experience

About the role

We are a premium luxury retail brand serving US‑based clients with an average order value above $3,000. As a Senior Sales Specialist you will be the voice of the brand, delivering a fully American customer experience to clients across Latin America through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and client inquiries with polished, luxury‑grade communication.
• Build rapport quickly, making clients feel as if they are in‑store.
• Guide conversations toward next steps and identify upsell opportunities without sounding transactional.
• Own the client lifecycle from first contact through post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring every commitment is tracked.
• Log all interactions in Salesforce and maintain simple tracking spreadsheets in Excel.

Required profile

• Zero accent, fully American‑sounding voice (expat, US‑educated or extensive US work exposure).
• Based in Latin America and available 9:30 am–7:00 pm EST.
• 15+ years total work experience, including 5+ years in customer service at a single‑type company.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong follow‑up discipline.
• Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining professionalism.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience logging and tracking client interactions).
• Excel (basic spreadsheet tracking).
