Senior SEO & Growth Manager - LATAM

About the role

Swovo is seeking a Senior SEO & Growth Manager to own and expand its organic search and paid acquisition engines across Latin America. This full‑time remote position will drive qualified pipeline and revenue by combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, backlink acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Audit existing sites, diagnose traffic declines, and rebuild a sustainable organic growth roadmap for both traditional and AI‑assisted search.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns end‑to‑end: structure, keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and landing‑page performance.
• Improve lead quality by analyzing conversion rates, SQL rates, pipeline contribution and CAC, then implement funnel‑wide enhancements.
• Develop and execute an authority‑building strategy through digital PR, partnerships, original research and high‑quality link acquisition.
• Craft search‑led content strategies based on buyer intent and competitive insights, coordinating writers, designers and subject‑matter experts.
• Report on qualified leads, SQLs, pipeline, CPL, CAC and revenue attribution, continuously scaling successful tactics.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America and fluent in English.
• 7+ years of growth, digital or performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B services.
• Proven track record of owning SEO strategy and delivering measurable qualified‑lead or revenue outcomes.
• Experience diagnosing significant organic traffic drops and implementing technical SEO fixes.
