Senior SEO Manager – Remote (Latin America/Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead our remote SEO team serving high‑value home‑service clients across Latin America and the Philippines. The role combines hands‑on execution of advanced SEO tactics with the responsibility of building and mentoring a team of five specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow approximately ten high‑value client accounts, designing and executing comprehensive local SEO strategies that drive lead generation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve crawl and indexation issues, implement schema, improve Core Web Vitals, and optimise site speed using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Sitebulb.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, perform local keyword research, competitive analysis and build Looker Studio dashboards to attribute conversions from Search Console, GA4 and Tag Manager data.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of five SEO specialists, enforce SOPs, provide actionable feedback and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the founder to redesign and document roughly 50 % of existing SEO processes, creating SOPs and accountability structures.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing multiple SEO accounts for home‑service or similar local businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a remote SEO team, enforce standards and drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving Search Console metrics and lead growth.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
