Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives for our client across Latin America. You will own end‑to‑end SEO projects, from audits and strategy to execution and performance reporting, while staying ahead of AI‑driven search trends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Perform keyword research and design content strategies based on search intent and SERP behavior.
• Implement on‑page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, internal linking and content optimization.
• Manage technical SEO tasks such as site speed, structured data, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects, crawlability and indexing.
• Develop and execute local SEO programs, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Plan and run link‑building campaigns, handling outreach and backlink analysis.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance content ideation, clustering and audit workflows.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs and report results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven traffic and ranking growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and solid on‑page optimization skills.
• Experience with local SEO and link‑building strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
