Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end SEO projects, from audits and strategy through execution and performance reporting, while staying ahead of AI‑driven search trends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Perform keyword research and build content strategies based on search intent and competition.
• Implement on‑page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, internal linking and content optimization.
• Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed, structured data, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects, crawlability and indexing.
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Plan and run link‑building campaigns, handling outreach and backlink analysis.
• Create or optimize SEO‑focused content such as blog posts, landing pages and service pages.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance SEO workflows and content ideation.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs and report results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven traffic and ranking growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site speed, crawlability, indexing and schema implementation.
• Experience with local SEO and link‑building strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve SEO efficiency.
