Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript, NestJS, React)

About the role

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring contractors for its global remote-first team. It is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong TypeScript expertise to drive the technical execution and feature development of Digital Menu Board solutions for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) clients, delivering high-quality CMS features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Digital Menu Board features and services for enterprise QSR clients
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Take part in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards and development guidelines
• Support cloud infrastructure deployments and platform scalability with DevOps teams
• Mentor team members and share knowledge
• Improve system performance, reliability and maintainability
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions

Required profile

• Extensive experience developing applications with TypeScript and object-oriented programming
• Strong backend experience with NestJS and Express
• Frontend expertise in at least one modern framework: Angular, React or Svelte
• Experience with dependency injection patterns and libraries such as tsyringe
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment
