Senior Specialist, Legal Services (Contracts)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Legal Services (Contracts) joins Mastercard's Global Business Services Center (GBSC) Legal Services team in O'Fallon, MO. Reporting to the Senior Counsel, Contract Services, this role is responsible for end‑to‑end contract preparation and execution for an assigned portfolio, delivering positive customer experiences and efficient business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from receipt of request through signature for vendor and commercial agreements.
• Conduct triage of contract requests to ensure compliance with established policies, processes and procedures.
• Review, draft and negotiate routine contracts such as confidentiality/non‑disclosure agreements, software license agreements, support service agreements and consulting services agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve legal and business issues related to contracts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract services efficiency.
