Senior Strategic Account Director

About the role

Storyteq is looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to drive growth within existing client relationships and expand the company’s market presence. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, aligning Storyteq’s solutions with client objectives and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
• Identify and develop upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities across business units and geographies.
• Design and execute account strategies that leverage Storyteq’s technology to meet client goals.
• Lead the full sales cycle for existing clients, from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, provide thought leadership, and share market insights internally.
• Track, report, and measure account performance against KPIs, updating leadership on pipeline health.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing.
• Proven record of growing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of digital content creation, marketing automation, and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
