Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at SAMY, you will act as the bridge between engineering teams and international clients, ensuring technology projects are delivered efficiently and align with business goals. You will work in a collaborative, social‑first environment that values clear communication and data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate team activities.
• Manage relationships with international clients and lead project status meetings.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience in technical project management or technical leadership.
• Previous hands‑on experience as a software developer.
• Ability to understand code, software architecture, and development processes.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Development, QA, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
