Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer. You will design, configure and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across the enterprise, acting as a technical anchor for access control, system reliability and advanced threat protection.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems to control enterprise authorization.
• Implement secure Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication workflows.
• Oversee and configure endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments against emerging threats.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows system and authorization issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Author, maintain and optimize security policies and system configurations to enforce compliance standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM) or a related security engineering role.
• Proven expertise in administering Active Directory and IAM authorization frameworks.
• Solid background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
