Senior WordPress Developer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, fully remote technology company that partners with North‑American businesses. As a Senior WordPress Developer you will own the WordPress ecosystem, accelerate website launches, improve technical SEO and create a streamlined publishing process that directly supports marketing and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch high‑quality WordPress pages, including landing, solution, event registration and thank‑you pages.
• Convert Figma designs and HTML into responsive, production‑ready WordPress implementations.
• Implement technical and on‑page SEO improvements while maintaining site performance.
• Optimize navigation, page speed, calls‑to‑action and overall user experience.
• Maintain analytics and marketing integrations such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM systems.
• Build conversion‑focused pages and support A/B testing and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design and SEO stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building WordPress websites from the ground up with a production portfolio.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused web development and user experience.
• Proven ability to translate Figma files and HTML into polished WordPress sites.
• Experience working with marketing teams in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written English suitable for distributed international teams.
