SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive SEO Manager to lead our agency’s SEO department, develop data‑driven strategies and drive organic growth for home‑service clients, especially painting contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Continuously test and adjust tactics based on performance data.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, delegating tasks to ensure high‑quality, timely results.
• Use data‑driven metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and adjust strategies.
• Align SEO efforts with clients’ broader marketing goals to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with local SEO for service‑area businesses; home‑services experience a plus.
