SEO & Marketing Lead – Build the Marketing Engine

About the role

ScaleLabs is a custom software and AI automation agency looking for an SEO & Marketing Lead to build its inbound and brand‑authority engine from scratch. This fully remote position serves enterprise buyers across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and property sectors, ensuring the company appears credible and authoritative wherever it is searched.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild the SEO foundation and create conversion‑focused landing pages targeting high‑intent search terms.
• Develop and maintain pages in Webflow, ensuring clean, repeatable systems.
• Implement measurement systems to track SEO performance and conversion metrics.
• Shape the overall marketing positioning, branding, and reputation management.
• Iteratively grow the marketing function as the inbound engine compounds.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English writing ability for enterprise‑level copy.
• Marketing mindset with strong positioning, branding, and reputation instincts.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and write confidently.
• Self‑starter who can navigate unknown challenges and incorporate feedback.
• Curiosity about LLMs, low‑code automation, and building repeatable processes.
