SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple client websites. Working remotely, you will partner with the SEO Lead to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and manage Google Business Profiles.
• Track backlinks, generate reports and ensure timely delivery of all SEO operational deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Highly organized self‑starter who follows processes and ensures thorough review of work.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates effectively with internal teams.
• Problem‑solver comfortable with schema markup, Core Web Vitals and backlink management.
