SEO & Reputation Analyst

About the role

As an SEO & Reputation Analyst you will ensure Gallagher’s location and brand information is accurate, visible, and consistent across search, maps, directories, reviews, and AI‑powered search experiences. You will collaborate with SEO, Content, Analytics, and Web Platform teams to improve local visibility and protect the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, business listings, and location pages across platforms such as Yext.
• Monitor, respond to, and analyse online reviews and reputation signals.
• Support Local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives for location pages and business profiles.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues that affect location visibility.
• Maintain structured data and other machine‑readable signals for search engines and AI platforms.
• Track visibility metrics across search engines, maps, directories, and emerging AI search experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Local SEO, Online Reputation Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Business Profiles and business‑listing platforms.
• Familiarity with Yext or a similar location‑data management tool.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to cross‑functional teams.
