SEO Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist will lead advanced search optimisation across a portfolio of websites, focusing on technical SEO, AI‑driven discoverability and organic performance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate SEO insights into broader digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple brands, improving traffic, rankings, AI‑search visibility and conversions.
• Design AI‑ready schema structures to optimise content for large language models, chatbots and generative search interfaces.
• Conduct keyword, entity and topical research aligned with traditional and emerging search platforms.
• Optimise on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO elements such as metadata, schema, site speed and crawlability.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to embed machine‑learning insights into SEO workflows.
• Monitor performance, calculate ROI and provide executive‑level insights.
• Support PPC initiatives with AI‑informed keyword and audience segmentation.
• Stay ahead of AI search trends, algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI applications in search, including LLM schema design and entity optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
