Service Reliability Engineer – Hybrid (Bogota)

About the role

As a Service Reliability Engineer at Amadeus, you will ensure the reliability, performance and cost‑efficiency of critical airline applications across the Digital, Offer and Order domains. You will work in a hybrid model from our Bogota office while collaborating with global teams in Europe, the US and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve reliability, automation and operability of traveler‑touchpoint, offer and order management services.
• Participate in the Follow‑the‑Sun operational model, providing support across time zones.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK and OpenTelemetry.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
• Manage containerised workloads on Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and contribute to ITIL change, incident and problem processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Linux environments and networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, distributed teams.
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
