Services Procurement Professional

About the role

Lenovo is looking for a Procurement Professional to support its Services and Solutions Group across Latin America. The role focuses on strategic sourcing of warranty‑side and revenue‑side services, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source a variety of warranty service types, including onsite repair, depot repair, contact centers and customer carry‑in repair.
• Negotiate contract terms with third‑party service providers to ensure best value and quality.
• Manage and optimize spend with service providers, delivering savings and cost‑avoidance.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and onboard new service providers.
• Drive supplier performance, monitor compliance and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure strong business controls across sourcing, contracts, spending and provider management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or legal background preferred.
• Multi‑year experience in procurement, contract management or related field; services procurement or technology industry experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
