About the role
Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts with existing customers, leading a team of Renewal Representatives to meet performance goals and maximize revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Renewal Reps, setting targets, territories and improving processes to achieve operational performance.
- Achieve monthly renewal rate targets and productivity metrics while minimizing cancellations and backlog.
- Collaborate closely with Partners to ensure they drive Oracle renewals.
- Establish and measure group goals, providing regular performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct regular training, mentor Renewal Reps, and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates.
- Perform performance reviews, offer career development coaching, and take corrective action for under‑performers.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience managing sales or renewal teams.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and revenue targets.
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
- Experience conducting hiring, performance reviews and taking corrective actions.
